Dr.Rebecca Ebere, BSc, MSc, PhD

Lecturer

I am currently serving as a Lecturer in Food Science at Meru University of Science and Technology. In the past, I have held the positions of Assistant Chair of the Department of Food Science and School Postgraduate Coordinator.

Additionally, I am an active member of the Applied Sciences Industry Advisory Board (IAB) at Meru National Polytechnic, where I contribute expert insights into the development of Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curricula.

My research interests encompass a broad range of topics, including food quality and safety, indigenous foods, and the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases through the application of appropriate food processing and preservation technologies.
