I’m an accomplished IT professional with a bachelor’s degree in business and information technology from Africa Nazarene University and ongoing studies for a master’s degree at Meru University of Science and Technology. Her experience spans roles at Meru University, the Kenya Institute of Management, the Nkabune Technical Training Institute, and the Young Women’s Christian Association. With a diverse skill set in information technology, including marketing, problem-solving, and effective communication, I excel in various aspects of the information technology field.

Research interests, which are influenced by my professional experience and challenges, include data analytics, information systems management, e-commerce and digital marketing, emerging technologies, IT governance and compliance, and user experience design. My focus includes enhancing and optimizing decision-making processes, leveraging technology in e-commerce and digital marketing, exploring emerging technologies, aligning IT strategies with organizational goals, and enhancing the user experience of digital products and services.

2. Microsoft Dynamics 2013 ERP Implementation: Actively participated in the implementation process of Microsoft Dynamics 2013 ERP, overseeing installation, configuration, and conducting user training sessions to ensure successful adoption across the organization.
3. ISO Procedures Implementation: Engaged in the implementation of ISO procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and providing follow-up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities to uphold quality standards.
4. Computer Lab Setup and Networking: Set up, configured, and networked all computers in the Town Campus computer lab, library, and administrative offices, optimizing connectivity and accessibility for staff and students.
