Mr. Mbogoh Egidio

Mr. Mbogoh is A Biological Laboratory Technologist in the Department of Biological Sciences at the Meru University of Science and Technology. With a zeal for scientific inquest and more than 10 years of hands-on experience, he is a Biological Sciences Lab Technologist specializing in microscopy, molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, Biochemical and biotechnological assays where he has honed skills in conducting experiments, research and laboratory management. Mbogoh is Proficient in a wide array of laboratory techniques such as ELISA, PCR, microscopy, Biochemical and Biotechnological assays. In collaboration with various researchers, he has participated in conducting pivotal research in microbial diagnostics, molecular breeding, crop disease diagnostics, and plant cell and tissue culture. Mbogoh is key to details and excels in instilling hands-on skills in students through practical and research, and executing experiments with precision, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining records to ensure the integrity of scientific findings. Driven by a commitment to advancing scientific knowledge, he thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex research questions and drive innovative solutions. His expertise in microbiology, microscopy, molecular biology, and biochemical assays contributes to the success of diverse scientific endeavors.
