Prof. Eric M. Muchiri

Prof. Eric Muchiri is a faculty member of School of Health Sciences at Meru University of Science and Technology, founder Dean of the School of Health Science, chairman Meru institutional research ethical review committee(MIRERC). Under his leadership, The School of Health sciences was able to develop over ten programs from undergraduate to postgraduate. He was part of ground breaking research of echinococcus study. He was a member of Kenya program took and lead in investigating and responding to large outbreaks of Aflatoxin poisoning and coordinating the response to the Rift Valley Fever outbreak on the Kenyan coast. He has published his works in several scientific journals over the years.
