My research interest is in industrial psychology.The aim of industrial & organizational psychology is to increase and maintain work productivity.It involves application of principles of psychology in an industrial organization.Industrial psychology work hand in hand with HRM and takes a keen interest in employees productivity,behaviours, interests and progress while at work.It aims to help organizations make the workplace desirable for all .It further analyses human behaviour at the workplace with an aim of helping workers get maximum results,stay motivated and achieve individual goals while meeting organizational expectation.It observes workers and employers interaction to identify challenges and determine/suggest informed  solutions
