Dr. Vitalis Kibiwott Too
Lecturer
Dr. Too has PhD, MSc. & BSc. Degree in Environmental & Biosystems Engineering from the University of Nairobi. Currently he is a Tutorial fellow at Meru university of science and Technology.
Dr. Too is a Registered Lead Environmental Expert with NEMA. He has 14 years of consultancy experience in energy, water, sanitation, environment and socio-cultural aspects of development projects. Dr. Too’s consultancy experience has exposed him to the planning, monitoring and evaluation, policy and legislative issues concerning infrastructure projects.
In his academic career, Dr. Too has conducted research work in his area of core competence – water and soil management.
Research Interests: Water, environment and sanitation.

National Hydrology workshop organised by Hydrological society of Kenya on 29 & 30 April 2014 at Kenya Water Institute, Nairobi and sponsored by UNESCO. Theme was Water Co-operation and Water Security. I presented a paper on Performance Evaluation Of Widely Used Soil Water Retention Characteristics Models Using A Global Soil Dataset.
Payment for Environmental Services (PES) Workshop for Ewaso Ngiro catchment, Kenya on March 23-28, 2014. The workshop was hosted by Forest Trends at Aberdare country club, Nyeri. The workshop mainly was to explore the potential for payment for watershed services in Mt. Kenya and Aberdare ecosystems and to strengthen participatory planning and design process.
